All items are shipped via USPS or UPS for the bigger items. If you would like to get a package asap, please shoot us an email. Happy French Gang is not responsible for any stolen packages, please be sure you submit a safe delivery address and communicate with your local carrier about any specific delivery requests. Once an item shows as delivered we are unable to acquire additional information in most cases and are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order. If you would like us to include signature confirmation, please shoot us email and we'll do it for no charge.
We ship international. Please, take note that for a return or an exchange we will not cover the shipping cost.

Send back your item within 14 days of reception of your item and it can be repaired, replaced, or returned for a full refund. All merchandise should be return unwashed and unworn and free of scent and animal hair. If an item doesn't meet these standards it won't be eligible for an exchange or return.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For an exchange, we will cover the shipping cost to send the item back to you.
