USA orders  - return or exchange

We believe in creating beautiful products for your home that you will love for years to come. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at return@happyfrenchgang.com so that we can find a solution. Our customers are important to us, and we want you to fully enjoy your purchase.

Send back your item within 14 days of reception of your item so it can be exchanged, replaced, or returned for a full refund.

All merchandise should be return unwashed and unworn and free of scent and animal hair. If an item doesn't meet these standards it won't be eligible for an exchange or return. 

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For an exchange, we will cover the shipping cost to send the item back to you.

Returns must be sent with a tracking number.

 

Purchases of Sale Items or with Promotional Codes:
All Sale items or Promotional sale items discounted 25% or more off their original price are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

All items discounted less than 25% off their original price are eligible for size exchange or store credit only. (excludes email welcome discount)

 

International Orders
International orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Cancelled Orders
Orders placed during our promotional sales cannot be cancelled for any reason once confirmed. All regular orders cancelled after order confirmation and before shipping are subject to a 3% re stocking fee that will be deducted from the refund.
