Indigo Textured Jumpsuit (XS-XL)
Indigo Textured Jumpsuit (XS-XL)
Made from homespun, handwoven 100% natural cotton. This fabric is all about texture and is on the thicker side compare to the other ‘cream jumpsuit’ that we have in the shop. You might see different kind of white threads woven in there and it’s what makes it all so special! Beachy, fresh, modern and sooo comfortable. We stick with our values focusing on color and texture with a sustainable product.

Process: Somnath is the artisan from West Bengal who hand spun and weave this cotton fabric. The jumpsuits are dyed, cut and sewn in Rajasthan where we met a happy cooperative during our last trip to India. The manager started this cooperative 4 years ago to provide jobs to the women around so they could send their kids at school. The check fabric is made with ancient technique called mud-resist.
Story: When I was a kid my mum made some jumpsuits for me. At least one pink and one black with some cute prints on them. I remember that they were SO comfy and that I was feeling cool and confident when I wore them. I found that super soft and heavy linen and decided to make one just to feel how it is again... Not disappointed at all, I feel all the powers, plus I get extra compliments for the cool shape and color!
Care: To maintain its beauty, cold hand wash separately. Refresh in a bath of gentle soap or gently use your hands to slightly rub. Use a natural detergent that does not contain citrus or other acidic oil scents. Machine dry on low or hang dry out of direct sunlight.
Dark indigo pieces may bleed and stain other clothing if washed with other items or if they become damp from perspiration, rain, etc. We recommend washing them separately or with jeans for the first few washes.
This product has been dyed or block-printed using ancient techniques. Colors may gradually change over time.
