Plicatula Earring

This new collection is designed and crafted in Paris. Each piece is hand-sculpted by Aude, the founder of Ombre Claire, and then transformed into jewelry by our Parisian caster using age-old techniques.

The story behind the Plicatula earring: Plicatula is the name given to these marine shells with their distinctive, irregular textures. Hand-modeled in brass, the earring mimics their natural ridges, appearing as if sculpted by the sea and the passage of time. 1.4-gram bronze earring on a 999 silver hoop (1 cm in diameter). Sold individually.
